Semkhor can provide the perfect speaker and talent for both productions and speaking engagements. Our specialty, is securing high end talent for lower budgeted films and creating speakers' series. As part of its collaboration with Ringling College Semkhor developed a nationally recognized speaker series that hosted over 70 recognized filmmakers including Werner Herzog, Ana Paquin, Elijah Wood, Antoine Fuqua, Heather Grahm and many more.

Semkhor is focused on artist centric productions that ﬁt within the efficient streamlined development and production model it has developed. All projects are carefully chosen, inexpensive, and in partnership with recognized filmmakers. Our approach to development, in combination with our talent network, gives us access to unique projects positioned well for the ever expanding streaming media market.

Investing in and producing independent projects requires precision and is difficult. If done right, amazing work can be created that is artistically and financially rewarding. Semkhor has a wide range of projects in development. Our content interests include film, web series, apps, e-learning, and branded content. Content is the driving force for learning, entertainment, e-commerce, and marketing. It is a creative dynamic that provides new opportunities for storytelling.

VIsual effects Services

Visual Effects (VFX) has become increasingly integral to content production. Complicated effects were once only possible in expensive productions. SEMKHOR is focused on delivering complex VFX to independent film and web content. Our understanding of the current capacity and trends of VFX technology allows us deliver creative solutions for any budget. We provide clients and partners with a comprehensive understanding of the possibilities that VFX offers and deliver a workflow that correctly integrates pre-production, production, and Post-Production to insure convincing and creative effects that further the story.

SEMKHOR delivered to VFX centered web based commercials for Walgreens. Fast Festive Machine is completely computer generated and is built to be endlessly adaptable for new projects. Holiday Targeted Moments integrates CGI with filmed content to create an entertaining online story that can also be adapted easily to new products.

Content is required to support the increasing number of streaming services and to sell phones, smart TVs, tablets, and an ever expanding host of electronic devices. There has never been a better time for creators to pursue their vision.

We do not believe that the traditional 4 year film school is at all necessary to become an excellent content creator and the Semkhor Content Academy is dedicated to making direct connections between students and recognised filmmakers.

We offer courses that that combine online courses, master classes, immersive learning and direct online 1-1 and group tutoring to dramatically accelerates learning and builds connections with the industry to help secure work and find distribution. This approach is much cheaper and faster than 4 year programs and reflects the apprenticeship nature of the entertainment and media industry.
